As part of the Food is GREAT campaign, Defra will showcase the heritage and exporting experiences of leading food and drink brands through an experiential Taste & Tales Wall – complete with delicious samples, infused cocktails, fresh botanicals and live storytellers.

Located in the Taste & Tales Hub at IFE 2019 – taking place 17 – 20 March at ExCeL London – the multi-sensory and immersive attraction will include eight unique producers waiting to be discovered behind secret doors. These include Halen Môn Sea Salt, East London Liquor Company, Erdinger Beam Suntory Whisky, Eat Real Snacks, Joe & Seph’s Popcorn, ShortCross Gin and Fever-Tree.

Highlighting the stories behind some of the most loved food & drink from around the UK, including English Sparkling Wine, Northern Irish Gin, Scotch Whisky and Welsh Sea Salt, it will leave buyers with both a sense of inspiration and a taste sensation.
